She shrugged and twirled a glass of water, "I don't know." |
"Yeah," she said rather weakly and her sharp nails tapped against the wood of the desk, "just keep going to the day jobs, I suppose." |

Her eyes slid back to Liam and she smirked, "why so interested in what we call it?" |

She looked at Eliza through the corner of her eye and frowned. Her mind was ticking but she didn't say anything and she took a sip of her coffee. |
"We can't do it," she blurted out, "not yet anyway, we can't let her in on this. We'll have to use it when we need to. If we rush into this...she'll know that we have a way to track her. But have you tried to do it?" |
She looked back to Liam, satisfied Roger had been the one to point it out. "Do you know a way to track her?" She asked Liam. |
She raised an eyebrow, "I think we all know why you might know." |

Julian, who had been in his room, just walked into the room - choosing to ignore everyone and instead ging to serve himself a cup of coffee. |
She looked at Julian before turning away, determined to ignore him. |

She walked out and looked at Eliza, "it's not actually," she said, "it's a day job. A cover. Not the actual job details." She was rather quiet and swayed but she glanced at the two before back to Eliza, "and maybe you should leave them to it. Not your conversation." With that, she walked out and up to her own room. |

Elle and Julian[]
An hour later, she cleared out of a bathroom and went in search for Julian. Before she had been pale, but some color had returned. |
Julian, who was now in his room, sat on his bed looking up to the ceiling. |
She knocked on the door and tapped her foot on the ground absentmindedly. |
Upon hearing the knock, Julian sighed and slowly got up off his bed - opening the door and leaning against the door frame. "What's up?" He asked, letting the door fly fully open as he looked at Elle. |
"I need your help," she started off, "usually, I'd hack into the cameras but I have other stuff to do. But you have access to them, you know...because you're the cop." She said and winced. She wasn't particularly good at asking for help and she doubted that anyone couldn't pick up on that. "Just some footage of a warehouse. Nothing big." |
With a soft shrugging motion Julian began to speak. "Sure, i could access them back at the station... i could do it when i'm over there again" He responded. "Unless you wanted to go now?" |
Her face went smooth as she realised the offer being given to her. An hour or so alone with him. The guy she'd kissed. The guy whom knew a weakness of her. Her pride wanted to shut him out and ignore him and her pride nearly always won but not this time. Not when she could get her answers without delay. "I can do that," she said carefully. "Now would be preferable." |
"Sure" He said as he pushed himself off the door frame and went back into his room. Only a few minutes later, The lunar prince walked through the door frame with his jaket on - closing the door behind him. "Lets go..." Julian voiced as he looked at Elle. |
She turned on her heel and rushed out the door, grabbing a jacket from a hook by the door. |
Julian followed behind Elle, his keys in hand. After exiting, the lunar prince walked up to the car and hopped in - starting the vehicle up as he waited for Elle to hop in. |
She slid into the car a second later and didn't bother with the belt. She propped her feet on the dashboard and slid further down. Without looking at him she teased, "such a gentleman, Jules, your mother must be so proud." |
"My mother stopped being proud of me a long time ago..." he responded in a serious tone as he looked at her, his right hand hanging onto the wheel and his left leaning against the door. With that he started the car and began driving. |
"Sarcasm, Jules," she said as she looked out the window. |
He stayed quiet for the rest of the ride, upon arriving at the police station he parked and climbed out the car. "ere we are." he said before shutting the door. |
She slid out and stared at it, "nice place," she said. |
"It's just a police station." He said while glancing at her, pushing himself off the car as he started walking into the building. Once inside, Julian would head to his office - expecting Elle to be right on his tail. |
He expected right, and she was hot on his feet with her eyes darting from camera to camera, then to every exit she could see. "I'd say it's a nice office, but you'd just shrug it off and say it's just an office," she remarked as she entered the office. |
While sitting down at his desk, Julian glanced up at Elle and slightly smirked. "Glad you've finally figure me out." He joked, logging into his computer and pulling up files that held surveillance footage. "So what did you wanna see?" he asked while scrolling through the files. |
She dragged a chair over next to him and glanced down into the computer, "camera footage of..." she trailed off before reciting an address. |
Upon hearing the address, Julian quickly typed away at the keyboard - using a search to find the exact files on Elle's address. Once the address was put in, surveillance footage marked with different dates popped up. "Any specific day you wanted to see?" He asked while slightly glancing over at the female. |
"No..." she trailed off as she regarded the small factory, covered in graffiti, "just give me people who go in there." |
He did nothing else but press play, watching the screen intently - even though he had no idea what they were looking for. "Anything specific about what your looking for?" He asked without moving his eyes from the screen. |
"No," she said after another moment and pulled back, "I've gotten what I need." |
He glanced at Elle with a raised eyebrow, curious as to what she was looking for and why she wouldn't tell him. "Ok then... should we head back then?" he asked, shrugging of his curiousity. |
She hesitated for one moment as she gazed down at the screens and then adjusted the jacket, "yeah," she breathed out, "I guess we should." |
