"No clue, I haven't talked to Christie but your parents sent a letter hoping your good recovery," she replied gesturing to a bunch of flowers at the end of the bed, "a bunch of those is from Deneris, the roses," she said pointing them out. "The card is from the our majesties."
it wrote, 'Have a good recovery, don't let it happen again, your parents.' . "Easy, only ties them together with green polka dot ribbons," she said jerking her chin at the ribbon tightened around the stalks through the glass vase.
"You shouldn't be so hard on yourself," she tsked, "and I have no particular interest in talking to anyone else, anyway, since Christie isn't talking to me and my other friends are off at another party."
"We had an argument," she replied as she took a small bite from her food. "About her choice of friends," she said as she swallowed, "she's joined a royal hating cult and getting close with Lucifer Samuels. Heard of him?"
"He hates us," she said with a yawn, "manipulative bastard. Not the type you want to mix with. He's charming, yes, until you cross him. He screwed with me a couple of months ago. Not literally but enough for me to stay away."
He winced slightly, "perhaps," he said, "but they'd have to take the twins, or at least Christie, as well. Your the second in line. That's why they're targetting you surely. If you left, Christie would be the open one."
I nod carefully. "The roses are a nice touch to the room though. Gives it a pop of color." I look at the vase, and notice a card tucked underneath it. "Hey Charlie, can you pass me the card under the vase that Deneris sent?"
