She circled her lips with the lipstick, smacking them, before turning to open the door. "As ready as I can be." |
She bristled, "I could just stay in here. Be a lot better for everyone. Catch up on tv shows," she said wistfully. "You can stay in with me. Just us two..." |
She scowled at her, "coming from you, " she grumbled, "I'm not the only once behind in that area." She brushed past her, "but if you insist, I'll attempt to ignore the stares and learn some...whatever class i have. Are we in the same classes now too? " |
She pursed her lips, the desire bubbling inside of her, and was glad it was her back facing Christie. "Thank god, I'd getsick of you. What do I have first? Dont suppose ive gotten out of English?" She asked, actually curious. |
"I don't bribe teachers, I just didn't want to see him," she grumbled before pushing out of the dorm, expecting her to follow. |
She groaned rather unladylike, "you're really not tempting me," she moaned, "whatever, I can pretend to be you. We're twins, we look like each other. Make them think they're seeing double." |
"Why? I could get away with it. Just have to put you on stilts." |
She looked at christie weirdly, "people don't like you? Why wouldn't they like you? You're nice, I'm a bitch. Like you're the most non problematic person in this place." |
They got into the grounds, people (trying to be discreet Charlie supposed) turning to eye them. Ignoring them, she said, "you're nicer than me, you should-" she cut off as she saw someone, her walk faltering to a stop. |
|-| Gun=
She withdrew her hand swiftly, "I've been sleeping just fine," she muttered, "and I've been going early to catch up on T.V,' she argued. She found that the best way to lie was to ignore her, really, especially when Christie approached sensitive areas. "Didn't you say I needed to work hard anyway?" |
She sighed, giving her a face, "I don't know what you're talking about, I've been binge watching f.r.i.e.n.d.s, see?" She leant over to bring the box out, waving it at her. "What do you want me to be like, anyway? Coming home at 3 am, drunk?" |
She shrugged, "the only person I even remotely like now is Jax and I am so not going to hang out with him every other day." She moved back onto her bed, "seriously, you worry too much." |
"Sometimes your gut can be misleading," she murmured, "seriously, did you just come in here to give me coffee? Or are you coming in here to see if I'm dead or something? I'm not going to kill myself mind you, I have a rather inhibiting fear of not knowing anything. Which makes death kind of out of the question." |
She rubbed her eyes. God, she was so tired. Taking a sip of the coffee, she looked at the ground, "I don't remember a time where you bossed me around," she sighed. She wanted to sleep so badly. If she had it back. The gun. She could sleep, without nightmares, like she use to be able to. She turned to watch Christie with a frown, "how much do you trust me? Like on a level of one to ten? Not like "do you trust me to not run away" thing but on a general level." |
She paused, "I would tell you anything if I was able to," she decided, pushing the computer away and positioning herself in front of Christie, taking her hands into her own, "I just need you to do me a favour, with absolute faith in me and trust, with the knowledge that it is for nothing but my own mental sanity." |
"Of course not," she said instantly. Liar, liar. "And...well...when I was in Prague. I had a gun. It helped me sleep, see, and I was wondering if you could ask to get it back. It's not loaded or anything. Just..I need it." |
She paused, biting her lip, unsure of how to word it, "it's a security blanket," she decided, "yes, it's not loaded but...it just helps me feel safe." |
She hesitated before shaking her head, "it doesn't matter, I've been thinking about how to ask for a while now," she said, "I just..I need it, Christie, it's not loaded." That was a little white lie, it may not have been loaded but there were bullets nearby. In Prague anyway. |
"I figured they combed through my place and so they found it and brought it back, so you could just ask for it since you most likely have more authority than me to ask for it." |
She breathed out in relief. That was easier than expected. "Thank you," she said with a smile before tilting her head, "by the way, could you do me a favour?" |
She smirked, "now that you've reminded me..." she trailed off, leaving it in the air, before shaking her head, "kidding. But...that guy we met the other week, Logan, could you...stay away from him? I don't know..I get bad vibes from him." |
She raised an eyebrow, "so you're going to be in a relationship with this guy just because I have bad feelings for them." |
"I'm serious, Christina, stay away from him," she said with a frown, "it's not like you even know him anyway." |
"I said I didn't know him," she corrected her, "not that I haven't seen him before. Regardless, Christie, please? It's not like he even matters or is a big deal." |
"Well, no, not really, I hoped you'd know. Like what did they do after I ran off to the station? Surely they didn't leave everything there?" Actually, that was probably a good thing. |
"Reckon they'd be worried about finding a gun? Enough to go to mother about it?" |
{
"On second thought, maybe the gun should be loaded," she said before she registered it. |
She tilted her head, "I can agree to that," she said eventually. "As long as you stay away from Logan." |
"I'll tell you I won't, but I won't promise it until you promise me you'll stay away from him," she said, curling her nose, crossing her arms over her chest. |
"I don't. I just want you to stay away from him, dammit Christie. I'm only here without a f*cking fight because of you. I left Prague for you. I put up with the whispers and stares for you. I deal with my mother's wrath for you. So you can do this one thing for me. And that's to stay away from Logan Whitmore," she growled, nearly on the verge of yelling. "Because if I you don't, if he talks to you, then I swear to god I-" she stopped talking and whipped her head away, breathing hard, "just don't. Please don't go near him." |

She sighed, her mind racing, "it was a summer fling, alright? It ended badly." |
Template:CharlieWB
"I said a summer fling, not a one night stand." |
She blinked, "ouch," she said, "look, whatever Christie, do whatever you want." |
She moved to her bedroom, taking out a jacket, "I'm going out," she declared. |
"I don't know," she said, pulling it on, "maybe a party. Maybe a bar. Maybe the park." |
She opened her mouth to say 'I can easily lose them' but she closed her mouth, deciding not to push it. She was surprised, actually, she wouldn't have stopped Christie from going with her. "Yeah, whatever," she muttered. |
She shot her an annoyed look, shoving her feet into a pair of heels, "I'll leave if I want not leave if I must. I really don't need to, I just want to." |
"I don't storm anywhere. Much too graceful for that." |
"I'm not holding onto drama," she said simply standing up, clicking her heels on the ground, "and, by the way, I never said you couldn't follow me," she added on before pushing out of the room and into the hallway. |
She paused at the end of the hallway, wondering if Christie would follow, but after a moment, she realised the other girl wasn't. Sighing, it was probably for the best. |
She shifted through the academy, staying in the shadows, the sidelines, not wanting to draw attention to herself. She could feel the eyes of the bodyguards on her back and in the space of ten minutes, she'd lost them. Thank god. |
|-| Kaz/Charlie=
She was wandering around the place. She use to always do this before, it was the only time she could be around here without someone staring or wanting to talk to her. Walking past a teacher's lounge, she paused, peering in, seeing Kaz and hesitated. Finally, she leant against the doorway, "I won't tell my brother you stole that. He's very possessive over that. Of course, the freak likes it warm." |
Oh, right, he's not open with his identity. Forgot about that. She bit down on her lip, shaking her hair out with the tips of her fingers. "You could put it in the freezer," she suggested, "be cold in about 30." |
She raised her eyebrows, "of course you do," she said and moved forward into the room, running her hands over the furniture, "you could get drunk, of course, then you won't even remember school." |
"They're use to it by now, I can give you a book on who comes to class drunk. I doubt they'll even notice," she said with a shrug, "but fair enough...it's not a good past time. How you liking this place?" |
"Fair enough," she conceded, "guess I can't complain with how we've barely seen each other." |
"Well, if it's anything, I know how to lose any of them so if you text me...I'll come alone," she said, slipping onto the bench, watching him. |
She glanced away, knowing what he meant, and shrugged, rubbing her arm. "I guess it is," she breathed out. She coudln't even say she was the same person either. Because she wasn't. She wasn't....who she was in the academy when she was in Prague. |
"Prague?" She asked, glancing back to him, "every day. God...I'm so, so, sorry. You were dragged here because of me." |
She looked at him with a slight inclination of her eyebrow. Her other...flings...were always direct in their attraction, none wanting to beat around the bush, they certainly didn't fumble around. "I don't know, Kaz, did we? It's not like we were making out on your bike." |
A lot of people think that. "And people say male and females can be platonic," she joked. |
She winced, "sorry, Kaz...it's not really...I'm not ready for a relationship," she said with a shrug, "it's not you." |
She looked sharply away. How do you tell someone that it really was you and not them? How do you tell them that you can't date them because the touch of a male makes you want to gag, let alone the thought of sleeping with someone. "Yeah, well, maybe liking someone isn't enough," she said with a shrug. |
"You probably should," she agreed, glancing back to it, "he'll probably notice the difference already but...he'll definitely notice if you finish it. There's easier methods of getting liquor, you know?" |
She raised an eyebrow, deciding to take that as a joke, "sure it is," she said grinning, "though, robbing a store is so much more exciting." |
"Every alcohol store is open at 2 am, it'd be bad for business if they closed earlier," she pointed out. |
"Not if you're robbing the place, price doesn't really matter," she shot back. |
"You just said you wanted only a beer," she pointed out, "I've stolen worse." |
She hesitated, "okay, that too," she said, "I meant alcohol, dumb-dumb, now change the topic, lets not go into my list of felonies." |
"You see, I'm a dangerous criminal, you definitely don't want to get involved with me," she said with a wink. |
"You will? Mighty sure of that, aren't you?" |
"It only happened once, Kookie, don't get over your head," she said, "it was a fluke." |
"Oh dear god," she said bursting into laughter, "you're a romantic, aren't you?" |
"Uh huh," she said, eyeing him, before shrugging. She wasn't going to fight him in that area. He knew himself more than she did. "I don't really have intentions with anyone, really," she mused, "having intentions with someone kind of sounds manipulative." |
"Suppose so," she conceded, "not like I'm innocent in that area. Anyways...I'll leave you be." With that, she slipped off the table. |
She turned to eye him, raising a sharp eyebrow, "a proper goodbye? Like Prague? I only did that cause I thought I would never see you again...this isn't really a goodbye." |
Her eyebrows shot into her hair line but she moved forward anyway, "you are going to be death of me," she pointed out, leaning up to plant her lips onto his cheek, "Až do příště, Kaz," she said, before pulling back. |
"Get that smug look off your face, Kookie, I'm still not ready for a relationship," she shot back. |
"You insinuated it," she responded, "but whatever. Either way." |
She turned, walking to the door, pausing at the frame to wink over at him, "don't sleep in," she said. |

Run in=
She was sitting under a tree, separated from the crowds of the school, hoping no one would find her, and was flicking through her phone. She'd seen him through the hallways the past few days and though he'd never made eye contact, she could feel his eyes on her. Like poison. But she tried to ignore him. |
Her eyes got dragged up to eye the male that had been haunting her for the past few months And frowned. She wasn't sure if she's should call out to him. She didn't want to lead him on. Sighing, she raise don't her hand, "Katz!" |
"La," she corrected him as she watched him, "La Charlotte. I'm female. Not male." |
"It's like saying calling you by the pronoun 'she' has a better ring to it," she said, "sure, it might but still." |
"Yeah, of course, lets do that, sounds like a good plan," she agreed. "What are you doing out here?" She asked. |
"I read that book. Well, Christie did, she told me what happened and did everything for me," she said with a shrug, "it seemed kind of boring." |
"Same! I don't like reading. At all. Hurts my eyes." |
"Mean duchesses? I feel like that's a dig. I'm not mean. To most people, anyway." |
"Not to people I like," she said, "not my fault most people are asses." |
"Hm, I could but I never will," she said with a shrug. |
"I'm already a great person, I don't see why I have to change myself," she said regarding him, "I don't really like changing myself due to other people's opinions." |
