Logan13
Logan Whitmore
He was sitting in one of the seats, attacking a handheld video game, "come on, come on, come on," he muttered as he stared at it with wide eyes. He had to win this level, he'd gotten so far.

ChristieP1
Christina Petrova
Having been in the library for a while in the -so far- futile search for an interesting read, she found herself suddenly in fornt of the guy she'd met just that day earlier on in class -Logan- she thought. Noticing his concentration, she chuckled, "The intensity of your gaze doesn't improve your chances or abilities at winning, you know?"

Logan13
Logan Whitmore
His head snapped up in surprise, believing her to be a Charlie, but relaxed when he realized it wasn't. "Oh...well, uh..." he trailed off as he watched the words 'game over' flash across the screen. "It helped me focus more."

ChristieP1
Christina Petrova
Christie shrugged, "Debatable," she conceded before cocking her head to the side, "But then again, you did say it yourself, it 'helped' you. Past tense." She grinned devilishly.

Logan13
Logan Whitmore
He shook the thing at her, "only because someone distracted me," he said, "Christina, right?" He asked, regarding her as his fingers tapped at the device.

OOC: that post can be v sexual if taken out of context

ChristieP1
Christina Petrova
"Oui." She said refinedly, which was ironic, since she wasn't refined at all. She sat in a puff seat right next to Logan and turned to him. "...Loker?" She winced ever-so-slightly, hoping she'd finslly gotten someone's name right.

OOC: Oh hush dirty minded creature

Logan13
Logan Whitmore
He choked on laughter, he'd been called a lot of names in his life but 'loker' wasn't one of them, "uh, no. I don't even think that is a name. It's Logan. Logan Whitmore."

ChristieP1
Christina Petrova
"Logan. Yes. That's absolutely right," She offered a tight-lipped smile. "So where are you from?"

Logan13
Logan Whitmore
He watched her, still slightly wary of how much she looked like her sister, it was faint, but Logan could see it. Charlie was like a shadow. "I'm from Los Angeles, California. Earth, that is."

ChristieP1
Christina Petrova
"I figured. Almost everyone comes from Earth. I've only been to America few times. Is it close from Chulavista?"

Logan13
Logan Whitmore
"From where?" HE asked, confused, "is that like a town?"

ChristieP1
Christina Petrova
Christie shrugged, "I don't know ywhether it is a city or a town, but I know it is in California, as that's where my ex came from."

Logan13
Logan Whitmore
His face flashed in understand, "I get that, sorry I couldn't help. I could look it up if you wanted? Always had a pension for finding stuff."

OOC: A pension or a penchant? XD

ChristieP1
Christina Petrova
She yawned discreetly, " No, it's okay. Don't worry about it, I was just curious. He's old news now; haven't even seen him in a year."

OOC: Penchant lol

Logan13
Logan Whitmore
"Ah, right," he replied with a slow nod, "how's that sister of yours? Still a bit...moody?"

ChristieP1
Christina Petrova
Christie craned her neck to one side and slightly winced "Charlie's normally quite upbeat. Don't know what's gotten on to her lately. Maybe all the coming back and stuff."

Logan13
Logan Whitmore
He tapped at his leg as he watched her, "oh yeah? True she was kidnapped?" He, of course, knew this was a lie and why she actually left. Guessed anyway.

ChristieP1
Christina Petrova
Christie shifter her weight uncomfortably. Something told her she could trust this guy, even if he looked sketchy as hell. She tightened her lips and decided to take a seat next to him, "We are supposed to say she was, but she actually escaped."

Logan13
Logan Whitmore
He raised an eyebrow, "escaped?" He asked, trying to act surprised, "why would someone want to escape the life of a royal?"

ChristieP1
Christina Petrova
Christie snorted and chuckled, obviously thinking he was joking.

Logan13
Logan Whitmore
He was baffled by the royals, he wasn't going to lie, every single one of them seemed to hate their position despite being the envy of the world. "Well, it does seem to be a bit stricter than the royal life in England."

ChristieP1
Christina Petrova
She sighed, noticingn he had being serious, "I don't want to sound to whiny, honestly. Because I have it so much better than so many people, but us royals have a stigma and a stereotype that is follows us as soon as we are born." She shrugged, "Being a female royal brings a lot of unwanted attention, it is not as easy to go out with your friends, anything that happens in schools becomes a kingdom-wide scandal, etc."

Logan13
Logan Whitmore
"Oh right," he breathed out, "surprised you guys don't just go to an all royal academy. Or a school in Earth."

ChristieP1
Christina Petrova
"Both of those options are terrible. Schools on Earth wouldn't teach us how to use our powers and schools for Royals only would only widen the social classes."

Logan13
Logan Whitmore
"There's already a pretty big gap there," he mumbled before shrugging, "but it's whatever, none of my business really. What do you like to do? Instead of causing kingdom wide scandals."

ChristieP1
Christina Petrova
She rolled her eyes good-naturedly and grinned, "I enjoy playing rugby, dancing jazz/hip-hop and also causing kingdom-wide scandals every now and then for good measure."

Logan13
Logan Whitmore
His eyebrows shot up, "rugby?" He questioned, "really? Don't you need to be like all buff and, I don't know, big?"

ChristieP1
Christina Petrova
"And shouldn't someone be cute and have washboard abs to be a Cali boy?" She countered before continuing, "Like I said, stereotypes. Besides, different positions require different body types.

Logan13
Logan Whitmore
He raised his shirt to look down at his 'washboard' abs, "are you saying I'm not cute?" He asked, curiously, looking back at her, "and I see, I apologise. I didn't mean to stereotype. I don't know much about rugby but every time I see it...they're all huge."

ChristieP1
Christina Petrova
Trying to act as unfazed as possible, Christie only stole a quick glimpse at his bare stomach for sole acknowledgement, although, she had to admit, they were good. "Most are, and I am the thinnest of the team, but I enjoy it nonetheless.." She then stood looking at him with a judgemental fingernail clicking against her teeth like a heel to pavement. "And you're passable, because I'm feeling nice today. Decent, if I ever got to be generous."

Logan13
Logan Whitmore
He acted offended, taking a sharp breath through his teeth, "ouch," he said, dropping the shirt, "well, you're not that good looking either. And good, that's what hobbies are for. To enjoy it."

ChristieP1
Christina Petrova
She shrugged and grinned, "Well, doesn't really matter since I am a princess..." but then her thoughts turned grim as she continued, though now in a mumble, "My marriage could be already arranged and I wouldn't know anything."

Logan13
Logan Whitmore
"Surprised dukes and princes, or princesses and duchesses I don't judge, aren't scrawling at you and Charlie's feet," he mused.

ChristieP1
Christina Petrova
She snorted. "Charlie has a very strong mojo and I wouldn't be surprised if she has already slept with half of the other Kingdoms' courts. However, I..." She took a moment to gesture at herself, "Am not precisely the epitome of grace, obedience and refinement, all of which should be traits of a Princess, according to Mother."

Logan13
Logan Whitmore
He blinked, surprised by her comment, "you think she's a slut?" He asked, thinking back to that night. She certainly didn't like it then. "One might think Charlie's better suited than you."

ChristieP1
Christina Petrova
She frowned, "I am not saying she is a slut. She just has her sex appeal and decides to act upon it. I don't have any and I, likewise, act upon my lack of it." It's simple, really."

Logan13
Logan Whitmore
"I'd be careful of how you word that," he said with a frown, leaning back slightly, "you really did just insinuate she's a slut." Memories, words, flitted through his head.

ChristieP1
Christina Petrova
"Well she can be a slut sometimes. Just like anyone else. I, too, must admit to having even my moments of sluttiness. It's almost expected from a teenage girl."

Logan13
Logan Whitmore
"Yeah, well, I guess sometimes people take it to far," he muttered, running a hand through his hair, "did she tell you why she escaped?"

ChristieP1
Christina Petrova
"Uh..." she mused, pondering about what to reply, "Barely," she admitted, which was true, and also vague. "Besides," she continued, trying to veer off the topic, "What do you mean some people take it too far? Do you take your inner slut too far?" She teased.

Logan13
Logan Whitmore
He grinned, "who knows, I don't think I do. I might."

ChristieP1
Christina Petrova
She wiggled her eyebrows, "You might? My interest is now piqued, please elaborate."

Logan13
Logan Whitmore
"I would if I had the right partner," he said, "I don't like to sleep with total strangers. I've been put off by it."

ChristieP1
Christina Petrova
His word choice interested her, "Partner? Partner as in anyone or partner as in..." She didn't know how to finish, but she wanted to insinuate if he swung both ways.

Logan13
Logan Whitmore
He shrugged, "i'm not picky, whoever I love, I guess. Does that matter to you?" He tilted his head, not sure the royal's stance on anything non heterosexual.

ChristieP1
Christina Petrova
"I'm no one to judge," she shrugged nonchalantly and her face denoted an expression of neutrality, "I don't mind nor do I really care."

Logan13
Logan Whitmore
"Then that's that," he said, "I suppose with your sister and everything, guess you're not."

ChristieP1
Christina Petrova
She squinted her eyes ever-so slightly, "Guess I'm not what, exactly?"

Logan13
Logan Whitmore
"In a place to judge me."

ChristieP1
Christina Petrova
"Then what does my sister have to do with that? Or why say 'with your sister and everything?'"

Logan13
Logan Whitmore
"You know your sister's...like...bi, right?" He asked, blinking, as he realised his own mistake. Charlie, in the aftermath, had started ranting and ranting, an somehow her own sexuality was taken into question. Logan had sat there nodding along, knowing it was better to stay quiet.

ChristieP1
Christina Petrova
"Who? Genevieve? I don't know, she is very sketchy sometimes, so maybe? How would you know either way?"

Logan13
Logan Whitmore
"Uh, Genevieve who? No, I meant Charlie-" he cut himself off. Oh shoot. "Just a rumour I heard." Shootshootshoot. Charlie's going to kill him.

ChristieP1
Christina Petrova
"Well you sounded pretty sure of it. It must have been a trustworthy source then," She squinted on the slightest. She didn't know Charlie was bi, but she had had her suspicions beforehand. Besides, she was certain that Charlie could potentially sleep with anything human that had a nice personality and an attractive appearance.

Logan13
Logan Whitmore
He shrugged, "I talk a lot to people," he said. This technically wasn't true but regardless.

ChristieP1
Christina Petrova
"But didn't you say you were new to all of this? You know, the school, the powers."

Logan13
Logan Whitmore
"Oh, well, I guess?" He said with a shrug, "but parties are kind of universal, you feel?"

ChristieP1
Christina Petrova
"Petrovas don't go to human parties. It's prohibited for us to do so."

OOC: I'm going to read that as "Petrova" not Christie

Logan13
Logan Whitmore
He raised an eyebrow, momentarily shocked, "oh, really? You're not allowed to go to human parties? Any party? What about elemental ones?" That couldn't be right. Unless that was one of the reasons she told him to keep his mouth shut, but...that rule wasn't exactly worth keeping it a secret.

ChristieP1
Christina Petrova
"Well, yeah we can. We do have social lives, mind you. It's just dangerous for us to go to parties intended solely for humans."

Logan13
Logan Whitmore
"What's so dangerous about humans? To royals that is. Not like you guys can't just...you know, beat them with your powers."

ChristieP1
Christina Petrova
"It's quite exactly that. Our existence is fragile. Only a belief; and we strive to keep it that way. We could beat them with our powers, as you say, but that would give us away. It's all a matter of, one would say, stealth."

Logan13
Logan Whitmore
"Huh," he hummed, rubbing his lip and ion h the pad of his thumb. Guess Charlie's not a stickler for rules. "Is that for everyone? Not just the royals that is."

ChristieP1
Christina Petrova
"Not as a general rule. I mean, Charlie and I both sneak out together to human parties every now and then, of course. We're not prudes."

Logan13
Logan Whitmore
"I don't think I'd ever put 'Charlie' and 'prude' in the same sentence."

ChristieP1
Christina Petrova
"Well, yeah, definitely not Charlie. But many do think I am, just because I don't really have crushes on guys..." She shrugged, and then continued to clarify, "Nor girls, for that matter."

Logan13
Logan Whitmore
He grinned, "noted," he said, "do you have any more classes today?"

ChristieP1
Christina Petrova
"I have Environmental Elemental Factors. But I hate the teacher and she hates me back, so I never attend her classes and she grades me high enough to pass her class. So no. No more classes, why?"

Logan13
Logan Whitmore
"Great!" He said with a grin, "you can give me a tour."

ChristieP1
Christina Petrova
She chuckled, "You don't beat around the bush, do you? Sure. I'll give you a tour."

Logan13
Logan Whitmore
"Would you like me to? I can hint that I'm in desire need of a tour, if that makes it better?"

ChristieP1
Christina Petrova
She shrugged, "It doesn't make it better in any way, but I'd still very much like to watch you try," she teased with a smug smirk.

Logan13
Logan Whitmore
He narrowed his eyes slightly before his expression went blank. "I got lost the other day," he said with a sigh, "I'm just so hopeless at finding my way around this place. Not one of them have given me a map or a tour. It's just so, so, hard adjusting to this place when you don't even know where the toilets are. I just wish someone would help me out."

ChristieP1
Christina Petrova
She contained her laughter and instead rose her eyebrows in mock surprise, "I can't not say it's fun to watch you do that thing with your nose when you're low-key annoyed. Other than that, your act was pretty flawless, if a bit too direct still. Just because of that, I'll give you the honour of a tour," she smiled with tight lips.

Logan13
Logan Whitmore
"Nose thing? I don't have a nose thing," he argued, standing up, "and thank you, I feel very honoured."

ChristieP1
Christina Petrova
"Yes you do," she countered, "You scrunch it a little. Or so it seems. Now, where would you like to start?"

Logan13
Logan Whitmore
"The school building, where my classes are, I haven't been going to a few," he confessed, "I can never find the rooms."

ChristieP1
Christina Petrova
She chuckled. "Look, it's easy. Right on your schedule, the classroom number should appear next to the subject name. The classroom number is always a four-digit number. The first digit is the building number. So that building over there is building number one," she pointed to the north, "and that's building number three," she pointed south. "Which means, that, you guessed it, we're in building number two. The second digit determines the floor level, whether fifth level, second level, or whatever. Finally the last two digits determine the room number, which is easier to find, given that the classrooms are arranged numerically."

Logan13
Logan Whitmore
He blinked, "oh," he stated, scratching his beard, "I...that sounds quite logical. You'd think they'd have told me that," he said with a slight laugh.

ChristieP1
Christina Petrova
"They would have if you'd started school at the beginning of the school year. They don't really bother on giving inductions and explanations to students who enroll in the middle of the year."

""

Logan13
Logan Whitmore
"How cruel," he replied, "not my fault I didn't come at the beginning of the year."

ChristieP1
Christina Petrova
She shrugged dismissively, "Isn't their either. Now, where do you want to go next?"

Logan13
Logan Whitmore
"Definitely the pool," he said, "I heard it' the biggest in the city."

ChristieP1
Christina Petrova
"Have you got your swimming trunks?" She queried.

Logan13
Logan Whitmore
He grinned at her, "who needs swimming trunks?" He asked innocently.

ChristieP1
Christina Petrova
She wiggled her eyebrows, "No one, I just asked out of decorum."

Logan13
Logan Whitmore
"I'm sure we could pull a few strings, have an empty room," he suggested slowly.

ChristieP1
Christina Petrova
"No strings need to be pulled. Word is that there's a jacuzzi in the males' locker room next to the swimming pool, and they are unoccupied on Fridays." She teased, "In case you haven't noticed yet, it's a Friday today."

Logan13
Logan Whitmore
His lips pulled into a grin, "great," he said, "lets go."

ChristieP1
Christina Petrova
She lead him all the way to the huge swimming pool, which was a few minutes from where they had been before. Once they were close, she opened her mouth, "Were you ever a wave chaser?"

Logan13
Logan Whitmore
"A wave chaser?" He asked, his attention drawn back to the blond, "as in a surfer?"

ChristieP1
Christina Petrova
"Yeah. You know, those guys who just rest in the sand, take in the sun and, I don't know, wait for the perfect wave to come just to crash it?"

Logan13
Logan Whitmore
"Oh," he said, "yeah, I know those people, and nah, I stayed in one beach and one house. And I think all waves are perfect."

ChristieP1
Christina Petrova
She blinked twice, "I see. Interesting." She then shivered and hugged herself. It had been a long time since she'd been left alone with a guy for this long.

Logan13
Logan Whitmore
"Do you surf?" He asked curiously, "most of the water users here are," he said, scratching his beard. They all found him an anomaly, both the water and the fire users, since he was a fire user but liked to swim.

ChristieP1
Christina Petrova
"I like it, but not as much as the other Water elementals. I prefer dancing Jazz/hip hop or playing rugby, like I'd mentioned before."

Logan13
Logan Whitmore
"Yeah, you did," he said, nodding, before pulling off his jacket, "do you want this? I'm, uh, not really that cold and wearing it for the fashion statement."

ChristieP1
Christina Petrova
She hesitated for a second before declining politely, "That's kind of you, but no, thank you. It's my fault for not bringing a sweater."

Logan13
Logan Whitmore
He offered it once more, "no, seriously, I'm a fire user, I don't exactly get cold," he said. This was a shame, he liked the cold. "It's no biggie, I swear."

ChristieP1
Christina Petrova
She bit her lower lip before accepting. "Alright. Fine. Thank you." She tried putting it on but got her arm stuck the second time around. She cursed under her breath.

Logan13
Logan Whitmore
"Uh...here," he murmured, moving forward to try and help her.

ChristieP1
Christina Petrova
She smiled gratefully but said nothing as she finished putting it on with his help. Then she continued walking, expecting him to follow, "Do you miss your friends back on Earth?"

Logan13
