Emily was extremely close to finding that Ivenmeyer jackass and slapping him to the moon. It was usually nearly impossible to bother Emily, but Braxton... was a whole entire level above impossible. She hadn't even meant to actually go after him, but somehow she found herself wandering the hallways for him anyway.
Elijah had decided to provoke Meidah for the third time that week, so Meidah was storming back to her dorm. Unfortunately, on the way there, she spotted Braxton. As messing with him would get Meidah into serious trouble, Meidah promptly began walking the opposite direction, running into Emily because of that.
"God, I wish I could, but he'd get me expelled," grumbled Meidah. She looked behind her shoulder and--oh no. "Nice talking to you, person. Bye!" On that note, Meidah quickly continued walking down the hallway.
"Ah, Ryes, Ryes, don't look so sad. It makes you uglier than usual. The rest of us don't need to suffer through that." Elijah took a glance at Emily, "Who's she? Got a side hoe to fight your battles with?"
If it had just been Elijah, Meidah would've broken his nose by now. However, Braxton's mere existence prevented that. "Not really," she began, "she's just an acquaintance. Unlike your sorry ass, I don't need to hide behind some rich prick to save my skin."
That was enough to both shut her up and set her off. Now she really wanted to wipe that smug smile off his face and pummel him to the ground. Her mouth twitched, but she neither did nor said anything else.
Emily narrowed her eyes and stepped forward. "Fuck off Braxton," she seethed. "No one needs to see your ugly ass this early in the day." She crossed her arms and stared him dead in the eye. "Try to get me expelled, I dare you, and see what happens."
Braxton stifled a laugh. "Expel you? Why would I do that? The only one here with a chance of getting kicked out would be... uh... whatever that thing is," he said, gesturing to Meidah. "And even if she's expelled, it wouldn't even be my fault. Just ask the hundreds of students she attacks everyday."
She yanked her wrist away from Meidah. "That's it! Since you are so incompetent that you can't comprehend what the hell you're saying, let me educate you. Meidah is not a thing she is a female elemental being who has every right to kick your ass and I fully support her on it. And if you must fucking know, my name is Emily. I know I don't scare you, but I'm tired of seeing you walk around like you fucking own the place." She glared at the both of them, "Newsflash: you don't." Before Emily could do something that she'd regret, she turned on her heel and marched after Meidah, quickening her pace so she wouldn't have to hear what the hell Brax said next.
Meidah raised her eyebrows at Emily. "Uh... thanks for sticking up for someone you just barely met." Meidah glanced at Braxton's direction; he was leaving. "The name's Meidah, which you already know from that little ordeal. I was so ready to kick that bastard's ass."
(OOC: we can continue braxton/elijah on the other subpage if you want) (OOC: Sure~)
She shrugged, "Pretty necessary since I yelled so loud too." Emily twiddled her thumbs as she walked. "So, I hope I'm not the only person you peacefully interact with, or else, Ivenmeyer would have a point. I hate it when he's right about things. He won't be right about you though, I just know it."
