Rosamund was tired from the long school day, but the adrenaline she received from thinking about what she had planned tonight made her gradually excited. She wouldn't show her excitement though, for she needed to look experienced (which she was) in front of Lucinda. She decided to wear all black, the only part of her outfit not being black being her sunglasses. She made sure that her outfit made her look older than what she was. When she was fully confident and fully prepared, she sat on the sofa, waiting for a text from Lucinda.
Lucinda checked up one more time in the mirror before she slipped her phone into the pocket of her black leather jeans. She strode to the door in her gray heeled boots with her fedora tipped low over her eyes. The walk from the Academy to Rosamund's house was a peaceful one that went uneventfully. The wind tugged at her thin leather windbreaker as if to pass her the cold flying around. Once she reached the place, she knocked on the door and waited patiently.
Rosamund was surprised by the sudden knock at the door, before she made the assumption that Lucinda decided to come straight to her instead. She opened the door. "We are gonna be in for a long night, so I hope you've come fully prepared."
Lucinda led the way, humming to herself as she turned around bends and snuck through alleys, leading them to the secret hiding spot she had chosen. She glanced over her shoulder every once and a while just to make sure Rosamund was following her.
She watched Rosamund walk away with an amused expression painted on her face before she headed to the bar to order something to drink. Once she had a glass of vodka, she sipped it tentatively as she watched.
After watching Rosamund effortlessly beat her first two opponents, she stood up and crossed the room to get a better view of the game. One person offered that she and Rosamund looked similar and Lucinda just snorted in response.
